here are some words i just sent to my lovely Franziska.

it is so important to flow all the time. remember. allow every feeling to fill you up. fulllly experience every emotion. live in the moment. acknowledge it, honour it. do what feels right. speak your mind.
say what you feel, when you feel it. that is what i learnt tonight. and what i learn every day that i live.
